Job responsibilities:

- Track and understand financial industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential drivers
- Contribute to projects and to execution of technical proposals through research and analysis of the collected data
- Review products on the consulting market and build know-how based on the collected data
- Conduct demand and supply side market analysis
- Develop research reports and presentations based on a wide range of data sets

Requirements:

- University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or other related fields
- Solid knowledge of development finance and/or financial sectors, as well as market trends
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English are essential; working proficiency of Russian and/or other languages is an advantage
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills are required
- Ability to multi-task and flexibility to adapt to various environments is required
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with other software is an advantage
- Experience with data management, ability to understand and interpret data is essential
- Database modeling and experience in design and development of data warehousing
- Excellent attention to detail and visualization is required
